The Ethics Ordinance is designed to establish Ethical Standards of Conduct and Disclosure Requirements for Detroit Public Servants.
The Board, applies the Ordinance to Requests and Complaints, to hold Public Servants accountable for their conduct in serving the Public.
We seek to make the processes of the Board as transparent as possible so that the Public has access, and the opportunity to participate in the process.
